Licensed clinical social worker in the State of South Dakota since 2016, I bring in years of experience working with adults, adolescents and families in in-patient and out-patient settings. I take a warm and relational approach to therapy.

 

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can slow down, breathe, and begin healing at your own pace.

I specialize in trauma-informed care and EMDR, supporting clients who are navigating depression, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, childhood wounds, and life transitions. I believe deeply in the human capacity for growth and that healing happens through connection, safety, and genuine understanding.
